Fexofenadine acts as an inverse agonist at the H1 histamine receptor, stabilizing its inactive form to prevent allergic symptoms. It selectively targets H1 receptors without sedative or central nervous system effects, as it does not cross the blood-brain barrier.
Fexo 180 mg Tablet is an antihistamine used to relieve allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, sneezing, rashes, and a runny nose. It works by blocking the action of histamine, the chemical responsible for allergic reactions. Unlike traditional antihistamines, Fexo is less likely to cause drowsiness.
